Warehouse transformed with epoxy resin flooring

The transformation of this warehouse shows just what can be achieved with an epoxy resin floor and a skilled installation team. The Britannia team carried out a dust-free mechanical preparation, repairs and epoxy resin finish.

Garage workshop refurbishment

A recent garage workshop floor refurbishment completed to the highest standards by the Britannia team. Epoxy resin flooring functions as an alternative to traditional concrete floors in virtually any environment. Its chemical resistance, durability and impact resistance makes it particularly suitable for automotive workshops. Note the demarcation of different areas to meet the client’s request. Cleanroom flooring

In these cases, an epoxy resin floor can be the perfect solution, due to its seamless installation, ease of cleaning, chemical resistance and anti-microbial properties.

In this project, Britannia used an advanced epoxy resin floor to provide a cleanroom facility for a major motor manufacturer.

Polished concrete for a heavy manufacturing factory

This project shows what can be achieved with a polished concrete floor. Polished concrete is a hard wearing, easy to maintain floor finish that is suitable for most heavy engineering and manufacturing environments.

In this heavy manufacturing factory, the existing concrete floor had gradually deteriorated due to the use of heavy machinery and forklifts. Previous attempts to refurbish the floor with various paint systems had all failed.

Britannia was able to completely transform the floor, including the addition of new demarcation lines. The resulting polished concrete finish is both incredibly tough and aesthetically pleasing.

Great workmanship & preparation is key for epoxy resin floors

The quality of finish on this project show the importance that we place on workmanship and preparation. Britannia Industrial Flooring use dust-free, remote control, planetary diamond grinding equipment to remove all existing paints and provide a mechanical key to the concrete sub-floor. The floor is left ‘witness mark’ free. This attention to preparation ensures a perfect and long-lasting installation of the epoxy resin floor.

We provided the client with a beautiful two-colour floor. The red health and safety walkaway leads to the facility’s fire exits.

Resin floor for warehouse, ideal for heavy forklift traffic

In this project, our client needed the warehouse to be a clean and dirt-free environment, suitable for forklift truck use. Britannia’s epoxy resin floor offered a perfect solution, providing an extremely flat, hardwearing and easily cleanable surface.

Our dust-free, remote controlled diamond grinding equipment provide superior levels of preparation with minimal disruption.

The finished effect is the complete transformation of a tired warehouse floor.
